Shelly Lambertz is Executive Vice President and Chief Culture and Administrative Officer for Continental Resources, where she leads efforts in organizational development, culture, and community engagement. She has served on Continental’s Board of Directors since 2018. Shelly brings extensive leadership experience in energy, philanthropy, and nonprofit management, including her previous role as Chief Operating Officer at Hamm Capital and as Executive Director of the YWCA in Enid, Oklahoma. She is actively involved in numerous nonprofit boards focused on health, education, and community development, including the Harold Hamm Diabetes Center and the Oklahoma Foundation for Excellence.
