Nick Dell’Osso
President and CEO, Expand Energy
Nick Dell’Osso is President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member of Expand Energy Corporation, bringing over two decades of leadership experience in the energy sector. Prior to Expand, he served as CEO and CFO of Chesapeake Energy, and earlier in his career worked in energy investment banking with Jefferies & Co. and Banc of America Securities. Nick serves on the board of Transocean Ltd. and the Executive Committee of the American Exploration and Production Council (AXPC), as well as several nonprofit boards focused on education and community development in Oklahoma. Nick’s background combines financial expertise, energy leadership, and a commitment to expanding access to opportunity.
