With more than 30 years of experience in executive search and leadership consulting, Les works closely with organizations to strengthen leadership effectiveness and board performance. Earlier in his career, he served as Special Assistant to the President during the George H.W. Bush Administration. Les is also an author and frequent speaker on leadership, trust, and organizational culture.
