John Lindsay has served as president and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Helmerich & Payne, Inc.(H&P) since 2014. He began his career with H&P in 1987 as a drilling engineer and has held a variety of positions within H&P in operations, management, and leadership. H&P is a proud member of the Permian Strategic Partnership (PSP), where John serves on the executive committee as well as the board of directors. PSP collaborates with local partners on key initiatives to help improve the quality of life in the Permian region. Outside of H&P. John serves on the boards of Arcosa Inc., University of Tulsa School of Petroleum Engineering, Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma, the Tulsa Regional Chamber, and The Nature Conservancy Oklahoma Chapter.
